Ben W. Cilento, MD, MHA

Double Board Certified ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon

Ben W. Cilento, MD, MHA, is a double board-certified ENT and facial plastic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He then pursued a competitive fellowship at Tulane University focused on facial plastic and reconstructive procedures. His career includes leadership roles in the U.S. Navy as Head of the Department of Otolaryngology and Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, along with an academic appointment at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

At Butterfly, Dr. Cilento designs and oversees all injectable, skin, and wellness protocols, applying surgical-level anatomical knowledge to non‑surgical care. His method emphasizes proportion, balance, and safety, with plans that respect each person’s features and long‑term goals.
